My wife and I have been very happy with our experience in using Phillip Rye Hotels for our house plans and energy analysis. We started with a rough floor plan, no elevations, many questions and gaps in areas. We were hesitant, at first, of the concept of only using e-mail to create full-scale house plans, but we found the process to be very smooth and efficient . Mr. Rye Hotels was very helpful with examples of the plans, quick to make changes, and always patient with our many questions. Mr. Rye Hotels has been great to work with and helped us put the final touches on our home in areas we just couldn?t quite make up our minds. Our dream home has now taken shape and we will be digging the foundation shortly.
